Message	Nissan Terrano II (late / facelift model) have chrome metal interior door handles which are supposedly a direct fit (identical escutheon plate, but metal instead of plastic handle) for the Z32. I havn't managed to do this swap myself, but guys on 3zc and 300zx.co.nz have done so sucessfully.
